The Stories

Due to the disjointed nature of the writing of these stories, a little explanation is in order. Or as Lucy’s husband Desi used to say, I’ve “got some ‘splanin to do.” So grab a cup of joe and get to know our characters.

Allie, Marcus, Matthew
Allie is a young woman struggling in her spiritual life following a divorce. Along the was she meets and becomes great friends with Matthew. When Matthew’s wife unexpectedly passes away, Allie must face feelings she has always tried to deny. In the days that follow the funeral though, Allie meets Matthew’s handsome, carefree and available brother Marcus. As their relationship develops, will her friendship with Matthew remain strong? Or will this new path bring her further from her friend, and her faith?

Amy, Tim, Chris
Tim and Amy have been together for years. They’ve given each other and their relationship many “second chances” but the volatility always returned. When Amy leaves her boyfriend Tim behind and heads to her best friend’s wedding, she doesn’t think there will be a relationship to come back to. Even so, she’s not expecting Chris, a friend of the groom that comes crashing into her world. As the Maid of Honor and Best Man, the week’s activities keep them side by side. Amy finds herself more attracted to him than she ever thought she’d be, but as determined as ever to stay faithful to Tim.

Annalii, Daniel, Gregorios

Following a misdial of the Stargate, Daniel and the members of SG-1 travel to the world of Androsia where they meet Annalii and her father Gregorios. With an injured member of the team, SG-1 finds themselves in need of Annalii’s gift of healing. During the stay, Daniel learns much about the Androsians, a people who have kept themselves hidden and relatively unknown for centuries. A special bond is evident between Annalii and Daniel, but light years and life paths complicate matters.

Jillian, John, Rodney
